Front Wheel Steered Transfer Carts offer innovative solutions designed specifically for the effective, safe, and precise transportation of loads ranging from 5 to 250 tons within industrial facilities. These carts provide flexibility through remote control and autonomous features. Their ergonomic designs enhance operator comfort and efficiency while ensuring a safe working environment with collision-preventative safety systems. Customizable top table designs cater to various load shapes and sizes, offering suitable transport solutions. The carts feature different wheel options for various surfaces and provide different steering choices. While standard options include front/rear, front axle, and axle steering, additional options, such as steering around the rear wheel or axle, are available for enhanced maneuverability. FOUR-WHEEL STEERED TRANSFER CART (MTC)

Four-wheel steering system is the most maneuverable among our steering systems. This system enables independent steering of all wheels, providing users with exceptional maneuverability. This versatility allows the vehicle to operate in tight and precise spaces. It can move longitudinally and laterally, and pivot around its center or a specific point. Additionally, the vehicle can execute crab movement and diagonal motion. The four-wheel steering system is commonly used for transporting extremely large and bulky loads like tanks, large coolers, power transformers, prefabricated concrete, and elongated cylindrical objects.

FADA's Die Changing and Transfer Cart is specially designed to safely and precisely transport and change dies (molds) in industrial applications ranging from 5 to 50 tons. These carts are equipped with single-wheel steering. The vehicle has a ±90° turning capability around the rear axle pivot center, providing high maneuverability and operational flexibility in confined spaces. Options of Vulkolan or Polyurethane wheels ensure effective operation on different surfaces. 

Remote-controlled or Autonomous modes provide operational flexibility to operators. An eco-friendly approach is adopted using batteries as the power source. These transfer carts offer an ideal solution for transporting molds of varying sizes with customizable loading platforms. Additionally, equipped with laser and ultrasonic sensors, they ensure a secure working environment adhering to high safety standards. About Air Cushion Vehicle (ACV)

Fada air cushion vehicles are designed for transporting heavy, unbalanced, or oversized loads. They are ideal for carrying challenging and heavy components such as tanks, wind turbines, pumps, and motors. Compared to cranes, conveyors, wheeled, or tracked vehicles, air cushion vehicles are an extremely cost-effective and safe alternative. Equipped with Fada's air cushion technology and specialized driving systems, ACVs ensure the precise and safe transportation of tons of cargo under operator control.

The activation process for Fada ACVs is straightforward. They operate on standard floors (machine-leveled, coated concrete), maximizing minimal operating space and simplifying production processes.
