Customer Need:

Our customer in the steel and metal industry needed a solution to safely and efficiently transport coils within the factory and outdoor areas. The existing manual transport processes between cranes posed both safety risks and reduced operational efficiency.

Project Challenges:

• The transport vehicle needed to be durable and capable of withstanding harsh working conditions.
• It had to be equipped with an infrastructure compatible with autonomous systems.
• A special transport mechanism had to be developed to ensure the safe handling of coils.

• Fully Electric and Autonomous System: Our vehicle is equipped with a fully electric system that can be remotely controlled and integrated into autonomous infrastructures, minimizing the need for manual intervention.

• Special V-Table Mechanism: A specially designed V-table transport mechanism was integrated to securely carry coils, providing stable and controlled transportation.
