FADA transfer carts deliver safe, precise, and uninterrupted movement through advanced navigation systems tailored to each site's needs. With Natural Navigation, the vehicle senses its surroundings in real time and determines its own route autonomously; with Line Following and Strip Following, it operates with high precision and durability along fixed routes. This intelligent guidance infrastructure enables operation at high safety standards with minimal operator intervention.

STRUCTURAL SAFETY
At a structural level, the machine's load-carrying capacity is calculated using high-standard safety factors that go beyond the limits and requirements stipulated by regulations.
For structural calculations, Fada utilizes advanced software for Finite Element Analysis (FEM), along with traditional spreadsheet calculations that allow for more detailed analytical assessments.
All Structural Welding Zones are Supervised by a Specialized Welding Coordinator.
To ensure structural integrity, production processes are meticulously managed with utmost attention and adherence to high-quality standards following the design phase. Emphasis is placed on the quality of materials and welding points. Throughout manufacturing, mechanisms are in place to ensure the traceability of all structural materials.
Non-destructive tests employed include visual inspections, liquid penetrant tests, magnetic particle testing, and, upon customer request, methods such as ultrasonic or radiographic testing.
Fada holds the ISO 3834-2 certification, ensuring that the aforementioned processes are implemented under international standards.
ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC SAFETY
Fada utilizes electrical and electronic systems in compliance with Risk Analysis outcomes and relevant product regulations, similar to all other machine components. The Performance Level or SIL is determined prior to design, ensuring the entire system is aligned accordingly.
To minimize or eliminate human errors, Fada incorporates all necessary safety components.
Laser scanners, safety PLCs, multiple safety sensors, remote access devices, and other safety components are employed based on the required safety level and customer demands. All applications are developed in adherence to the strictest national and international safety standards.
Laser Scanner:
Utilized to ensure safety in heavy load transportation processes, laser scanners continuously scan the environment to detect objects. Through these scans, the cars identify surrounding obstacles, minimizing collision risks. If an obstacle is detected along the movement path, the system can reduce speed, stop, or alert the operator. This serves as a crucial safety layer to prevent harm to employees, materials on-site, and properties.
Ultrasonic Sensor:
Another safety system used for distance and obstacle detection in industrial transfer cars, ultrasonic sensors measure distances and prevent potential collisions using sound waves. These sensors emit ultrasonic waves that bounce back upon hitting an object, detecting the time taken for the wave to return and, consequently, the distance between the object and the vehicle. This information can be used to automatically slow down or stop the car.
Bumpers:
Industrial transfer cars are often equipped with collision-preventing bumpers on their front and rear ends. These bumpers halt the vehicle's movement upon contact. Additionally, they absorb impacts, reducing the risk of damage to the vehicle and surrounding materials. Considering the heavy loads these transfer cars carry, even at low speeds, the potential risks of collisions are apparent. Collision-preventing bumpers help mitigate the effects of such collisions.
These safety measures ensure worker safety and equipment protection during the operations of industrial transfer cars. Through automation and sensor technologies, these vehicles can more accurately perceive environmental factors, minimizing collision risks and creating a safer working environment.
