Customer Requirement: Safe Transport of Fragile Reinforced Concrete Structures

Our customer wanted to transport delicate reinforced concrete structures with safer transfer trolleys instead of cranes. This method aimed to increase the protection and safety of the structures.

Our solution

Using multiple 50 tonne capacity synchronised transfer trolleys, we ensured the safe transport of high tonnage products within the factory. Each vehicle was equipped with specially designed hydraulic lifting systems, enabling delicate structures to be transported without damage.

Project Challenges

The main challenge of the project was the ability of multiple transfer trolleys to transport a single structure at the same time in a balanced manner. This required special synchronisation and safety precautions, and each vehicle had to be prepared according to its own special design.
