Armtek required a reliable and efficient solution for transporting concrete pavilions within its new manufacturing facility. As the transportation operations were planned to take place outdoors, the system also needed to perform safely under varying weather conditions such as rain and snow.
The primary challenge was the safe handling of concrete pavilions weighing between 30 and 32 tons, while ensuring that the transportation process remained optimized within the factory layout. Outdoor operation requirements further increased the importance of stability, safety, and weather resistance.
Based on Armtek’s operational requirements, FADA engineered a battery-powered transfer cart with a load capacity of 32 tons and platform dimensions of 3 meters and 7 meters. The fully electric system enables safe, quiet, and environmentally friendly operation in both indoor and outdoor environments.
This project-specific transfer solution allows concrete pavilions to be transported safely and efficiently while reducing dependency on cranes. Armtek currently performs its internal transportation operations using these battery-powered transfer carts at its new facility.
The battery-powered transfer carts selected by Armtek have significantly improved the safety and efficiency of concrete pavilion transportation operations. Designed with outdoor conditions in mind, the system has optimized production workflows, shortened operation times, and increased overall operational efficiency.
This solution is suitable for energy sector applications involving the transportation of concrete pavilions, transformer units, and other heavy infrastructure components in both factory environments and outdoor project sites.
