ABOUT DIE CHANGING AND TRANSFER CART (DTC)

FADA's Die Changing and Transfer Cart is specially designed to safely and precisely transport and change dies (molds) in industrial applications ranging from 5 to 50 tons. These carts are equipped with single-wheel steering. The vehicle has a ±90° turning capability around the rear axle pivot center, providing high maneuverability and operational flexibility in confined spaces. Options of Vulkolan or Polyurethane wheels ensure effective operation on different surfaces. 

Remote-controlled or Autonomous modes provide operational flexibility to operators. An eco-friendly approach is adopted using batteries as the power source. These transfer carts offer an ideal solution for transporting molds of varying sizes with customizable loading platforms. Additionally, equipped with laser and ultrasonic sensors, they ensure a secure working environment adhering to high safety standards. They can be manufactured in different sizes based on mold dimensions. The carts are certified according to Occupational Health and Safety regulations, compliant with EN standards, and have CE certification.
