Frequently Asked Questions
A Heavy Duty Transfer Cart (HDC) is an industrial material handling solution designed to transport heavy and oversized loads safely within manufacturing plants, workshops, warehouses, and outdoor industrial sites. HDC systems are used where continuous or repetitive heavy load movement is required, reducing manual handling risks and ensuring stable, controlled transfer across production and logistics processes.
FADA HDC systems are custom-engineered according to load weight, dimensions, floor conditions, and operational requirements. Load capacities can be scaled from tens of tons to significantly higher tonnages. HDC solutions can be configured with AC or PMAC electric motors, lithium battery systems, or diesel power units. Control options include remote control, semi-autonomous, and fully autonomous (AGV) operation. Advanced safety systems such as laser scanners, ultrasonic sensors, and fail-safe braking can be integrated based on project needs.
