FADA has become the sole distributor in Turkey for two European brands operating in the intralogistics and machinery sectors.

Recently, FADA, which has evolved into a group of companies with the establishment of multiple new entities, signed distribution agreements with two different companies. With a very busy agenda lately, FADA has secured the Turkish distributorship for Slovakia-based Microstep and Germany-based Remmert FADA is now the exclusive distributor for these two brands in Turkey.

2 SECTORS ENTERING THE TURKISH MARKET

Microstep, FADA's new partner with a 30-year history, manufactures CNC, laser cutting, and plasma cutting machines. Another partnership announcement comes from the storage sector. Fadexim, which will act as the umbrella company for all FADA products and future activities, has become the Turkish distributor for the German brand Remmert. By taking on the representation of Remmert, a specialist in the intralogistics and storage sector with 75 years of experience, FADA is now responsible for sales activities in the Turkish market. Remmert produces solutions for material flow, storage of heavy loads, and transfer of long or geometrically complex loads to production lines.

REMMERT’S PRODUCTION MAY HAPPEN IN TURKEY

FADA's Chairman, Ismail Hakkı Akyüz, stated that they had a meeting with the owner of Remmert this week to discuss potential production in Turkey. "On Monday, the owner of Remmert was here. We are discussing manufacturing some of their products in Turkey to reduce costs and increase capacities. We have already made the first reference sale of Remmert products to an aerospace company operating in Çerkezköy. Gradually, we are negotiating to conduct some of their production in Turkey, not only to manage sales in Turkey but also to reduce costs and increase capacities," said Akyüz.
